RAYE torna con Nightingale Lane, una ballad intensa ed emozionante, nuovo estratto dal suo attesissimo secondo album “THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE”, in uscita il 27.
Strutturato in 4 “stagioni”, con ogni lato del vinile dedicato a una stagione diversa, l’album accompagna l’ascoltatore in un viaggio sonoro che inizia nell’oscurità e si conclude nella luce.
RAYE ha affermato:

I want us all to say to ourselves that it’s going to be all right, and I’m going to have faith in the seeds that I’ve planted beneath the snow. I wanted to create something that is a hug, bed or soft place for that person who needs it.”.
La hit mondiale “WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!” ha superato gli 800 milioni di streaming, ha raggiunto la posizione n. 13 della Billboard Hot 100 e ha segnato il suo secondo ingresso nella Top 10 della classifica Pop Airplay di Billboard. Il brano è certificato Doppio Platino in Australia; Platino negli Stati Uniti, Regno Unito, Francia, Norvegia e Nuova Zelanda; e Oro in altri sette territori, consolidando ulteriormente lo status di RAYE come una delle voci più incisive del pop contemporaneo.
RAYE lo scorso sabato è salita sul palco dei BRIT Awards, dove era candidata come “Song of the Year” e “Best Pop”.
